| * What is BodyTalk? * Why do I need BodyTalk? * A revolution in healthcare. * How does BodyTalk Work? * History of BodyTalk How does BodyTalk work? In a BodyTalk session, a practitioner asks questions of the client's body to find out what area is a priority to address. A light tapping technique is used to help the brain balance and restore communication within the body.
Tailored Just for You A BodyTalk session usually lasts between 15 and 60 minutes. The duration of a session is not indicative of the quality of the session or the results that occur. Because the client's innate wisdom is dictating the session, the client is assured of receiving exactly what they need at that particular time for the enhanced communication and balancing to take place. During this time, the client is usually in a state of relaxation, is being kept informed of the formulas being used, and is involved in the process of the "tapping out". The client's innate wisdom will dictate when the session is complete and establish a time when the client needs to come in for a follow-up session. Background and Communication The BodyTalk Practitioner and client often begin by discussing the client's health and other related issues that the client wishes to have addressed. Then, the client may either relax in a chair or on a massage table while the practitioner, posistioned at their side, uses the client's arm in a manner to initiate a method of neromuscular biofeedback. This neuromuscular biofeedback is used to establish a Yes/No communication between the practitioner and client. Destinations and Details The practitioner works up and down the BodyTalk Protocol Chart asking for the priority destination points. Once, a destination is determined, the practitioner asks for any additional details that are pertinent. The BodyTalk practitioner will link these destination points in the sequence indicated, thereby constructing a formula needed to reestablish optimum communication within the bodymind. Tap to Synchronize and Balance Once all the information is gathered, and the formula is confirmed as the priority for synchronization, the practitioner lightly taps on the client's head (brain), and then sternum (heart) to facilitate the healing process. This tapping send a signal to the brain making it fully activated to "synchronize this formula now". Tapping on the sternum sends a signal to the heart to "store this formula now," to anchor the balance. Now the body can begin its healing process properly and efficiently. |
